Default X-Men Blu-Rays $14.99 at Costco

I was at Costco in Newmarket last night and they had they three X-Men titles individually for $14.99 each. I didn't pick them up, but I am considering it.

So that would be $45 plus taxes all together making it a better deal than Future Shop and Best Buy. They are selling the boxset for $49.99.

Plus youd should be getting 3 $10 e-movie cash codes instead of just the one. Sounds like a great deal

Holy smokes.

I already have the third on Blu-ray, so that's why I'm leaning toward this option instead. Even though the original X3 is on a 25GB disc, the new 50GB disc, I imagine you would have to look hard to see a difference in image quality.

Cool - thanks. I have not got the original F4 yet. I hope they have these at my local Costco. The last time I was there (about a month ago) they had very few different Blu-ray titles.

Thanks, OP! Since I'm taking the three kids to see Wolverine next week, buying these movies for $15 each and getting 3 free movie passes is a no-brainer. I'm heading over to my Costco shortly.

Default Just a heads up on Costco!

Do not wait to get these. They only just arrived and although quantities may seem abundant, they may very well be gone by the weekend. Also, once they are indeed gone there is no guarentee they'll come back. So act quickly!

this is actually a really good deal. i already picked up my set and am happy with the price i got. but for those that already own the third, they should jump on this deal... the fantastic fours are appealing too. but i dont think i'm gonna pick em up. their 6/10 movies for me and thus not worth upgrading from dvd to blu. thanks for the headsup OP. i'm gonna stop in and check out these prices at my local costco.

Thanks, John. I just saw that, damnit!

That's what I get for reading posts through the "new posts" screen. I rarely look at the actual forum they're in. It would have saved me a trip over to Costco. All they had was the trilogy for $49.99, and you only get one free ticket.

Must keep looking.....

I was about to post this, it's a sweet deal.

All movies (disc 1) are 50 GB with DTS-HD master audio.

Just bought all three of them.

And each has the movie cash in it for sure?

I might go buy them as singles and sell my set.

well thing is with his deal thou not sure if you get the 3 disc version which comes in the box set of 2 bluray disc (1 50gb for movie and 25gb for special features) plus the extra digital copy disc. not sure if the 14.99 ones costco is selling will have all of these features. most likely not (and the movie cash, i find it hard to believe) however, for someone just looking to pick up the movies it is still a great price.. 14.99 for a new release titles. no complaining here. will post which versions these movies are onces i have visited my local costco and found out.

Each movie is a 2-disc set (50GB for the movie, 25GB for the bonus features.)

They're the same as the 3 disc versions in the trilogy boxset, minus the digital copies (which I don't care about).

Yes, each one contains $10 movie cash which can be used towards:

- Wolverine
- Night at The Museum 2
- Ice Age 3.

thanks for this post. given your info, i believe is a great deal. i could care less for the DC and more for the discs and movie cash.. and with only myself to watch the movie, the one coupon that came in the boxset is more than enough to make me happy with my purchase. still highly recommend this deal as long as it lasts.

Yep, it's a great deal. I'm planning on seeing Wolverine, and taking my daughter to see the other 2 movies, so the $30 in movie cash is pretty sweet. Kinda reduces the price of each to blu-ray to $5.

I wasn't planning to see Wolverine (I've pretty much given up on the theatre when I can buy the Blu-ray of any movie and get a much better experience many times over for not much more money) but if I can go for free i'll likely do it.
