Is my sub cable bad?

Ok so i just got to play around with my new a2-300 today and I had no humming what so ever the whole time. I get home just a little bit ago and all my speakers are humming. I turned off the reciever, unhooked the sub, and BAM humming is gone. I than hooked the sub back up and TA DA! Humming is back.... Does this mean the cable is bad and i should be emailing monoprice instead of making this thread???? Your help, as always, is very much appreciated.

Before you do anything drastic, move the subwoofer cable away from the other cables. Also plug the subwoofer into another wall outlet or into the same outlet as the receiver. Hopefully, this will solve the problem.

I keep looking at the ground loop isolator and i'm kinda scratching my head wondering how to install it. I'm usuing a coax cable right now, so i'm assuming the isolator would go inbetween the cable and the sub or the cable and the reciever?

Same here, I had humming when mine was either to close to cables, or maybe to close to my TV, I moved, hum left.

you should replace your rca cable with a higher quality one that is shielded if it's humming,then just having a cheapo cable that only has thin plastic to shield it's self...reason why it's buggin.
