Problem with samy 1500 firmware 2.4 - Blu-ray Forum

The player would not allow in-movie special features to be turned off, even though the dics menu would say OFF. I tried to watch the Matrix and the in movie commentary video box would not go away.

Samsung wanted me to send it in. I reverted to v2.3 and problem solved.

Glad I didnt update. Im still on 2.3 I thought since I wasnt having any issues why bother!

how do you go back to an older version? i am guessing not by the direct internet connection mode that I am doing my updates through?

If you put your updates on cd and saved them, you can go back.
