Default PowerDVD 9 Ultra all grey out on my Aspect Ratio

I have the PowerDVD 9 Ultra.

I am playing BD movies and all my Pan&Scan, TrueTheater stretch and Zoom are all GREY OUT.

I have already uncheck hardware acceleration and its all grey out too.

How do I get all the Aspect Ratio features all enable?

Simple answer: Unlike DVD players, blu-ray players, for the most part, do not allow zooming the image to change the aspect ratio. This is true of the great majority of stand-alone players, and so I imagine that this has trickled down into the playback software domain as well.

Long answer: Maybe someone who works for, or can speak on behalf of, the studios can go into greater lenghts over the influence and power they have over the BDA. Anything I suggest is strictly assumed and/or observed, but it would appear as though studios have finally won their original aspect ratio battle, and are having their OAR wishes fulfilled by not allowing players to zoom in on the content and chop out parts of the film. Again, this is my assumption, not in any way proven facts, so if anyone has facts or assumptions to the contrary, please feel free to step in and correct me.
