I am in the US. The description reads that it is "brushed metal". Anyone have confirmation that this will be a metal case?

yes it is a metal case with magnets to design your own cover.

Anyone have any idea if this is an HMV exclusive. Amazon listed a 1-4 boxset as well...

That particular set is an HMV exclusive. I think they state that on the site.

Just had an email from HMV that the first batch are missing the stickers which will be sent separately. To compensate they are sending a free Hellboy 2 blu. Good customer relations there
