Any one specific scene, or all of M&C?

For me, the opening of Revenge of the Sith, Neo stopping bullets in The Matrix, and Ride of the Rohirrm (sp?) in LOTR:ROTK are tops for me.

Really though, there are too many to list.

Jurassic Park - Arriving to the Island
Transformers - When the Autobots first break orbit
Star Wars ANH - Binary Sunset
Star Wars Phantom Menace - Duel of the Fates
Star Wars ESB - Yoda's Theme
Star Wars - Opening Credits

I guess Star Wars period

Oh and there are many more, that I can't think of at the moment.

Believe it or not...the sound Magneto makes in X-Men 3 when he moved the Golden Gate Bridge! The movie kinda sucked, but the Sound Mix was quite awesome in that part!

Yeah, that one makes you really feel like you're there. A friend of mine who knows guns told me once that the Sound Design was REALLY accurate. He could tell how many shots soldiers had left based on the sounds.

SPR -- when is that one coming to Blu-ray?!?!

Well, they had M1 Garands so if you know most of your numbers between one and seven you'll be OK. When you hear the "PING!" its time to reload.

Gladiator, Braveheart, Troy, basically any epic with an instrumental score. But mostly Gladiator.

The whole movie! The sound immerses me in the movie more than any other BluRay I have.During quieter scenes you can hear the ship creaking, the wind, the sea.And I'm in the middle of the battlescenes, explosions all around me.

House of Flying Daggers — Bead throwing scene with the drums. Beyond spectacular sound.

edit: oops...soundtrack. Should read post rather than go by thread title. Beyond the obvious mentioned here, I think Schindler's List and Alexander Nevsky are some amazing soundtracks.

The Matrix: The Lobby gunfight
The Matrix Reloaded: Highway fight
Kung Fu Hustle: The Lion's Roar
Cars: The first race (Intro)
Spider-Man 3: Peter Parker (Spider-man) vs. Harry Osborne (New Goblin) fight

The opening of Transformers, when Optimus prime is talking. The first time I heard that I was almost breathless, took me back to my childhood.
