Vizio VSB210WS Soundbar - Blu-ray Forum

Anyone seen or heard these?

I'm looking for a soundbar for the bedroom - Dimensions - 14x11. Wanting to spend less than $400.

Note - I know soundbars are not the best but this is what the wife will allow me to get - If you don't know already one day you will understand

if you are gonna get a sound bar, I would not buy one from Vizio. OR BOSE. JMO.

The Vizio has two fatal flaws, imo. One is that it has no hdmi inputs. It's perfectly reasonable to encounter installations with only an hdmi cable running to the Flat Screen TV. The other flaw is the optical input cannot handle multi-channel output. It can only handle pcm 2.0. My Plasma takes the hdmi input and passes the audio out the optical port on the back. But the Vizio could not handle multi-channel audio and I got silence.

Found this on AVS Forum - so I don't know about it now..
