I'm expecting a great Blu Ray release for both the classic CONAN movies... with a nice remastering and a full set of extras. Any news?

I've heard the original Conan is in the works, don't know if Destroyer is coming or not. Either way, I recently ordered a Conan sculpt from Sideshow, should be here later this month or early next. It depicts Conan wearing camo makeup, from the scene where he, Valeria and Subotai invade Thulsa Doom's Orgy Chamber.

The likeness to Arnold Schwarzenegger is amazing!

That commentary is to this day the funniest and most honest commentary i have ever listend to, Arnold is so off the wall, like he knows they paid him a ton of money to record it so he doesn't care what the hell he says. Even Arnold commenting on whats happening on screen is hillarious especially the part where he hits the camel

i also love when he mentions that the child actor is wearing lipstick, because it one of the first things he says and you know what kind of a listen you in for

Conan the Barbarian is a first day buy but no amount or remastering will help Conan the Destroyer.

I would get both, loved both movies. They are very different and a little cheesie now when compared to this post 21st century LOTR world but they are fun movies too watch.

Not knowing much about these growing up, I used to see part 2 being played randomly on TV. Weird, and never got into it, and I always assumed it was the original. Just within the last year or two, it was revealed to me that I was wrong, and had never seen the original. Bought the SD for 6 bucks on Amazon one day, and instantly fell in love. I found it amazing. Will absolutely buy a BD release. Any movie where Arnold punches a horse in the face NEEDS to be in my library!

I must confess that I absolutely love THE DESTROYER for its cheese element and fantasy factor.

My Australian DVD of Conan The Destroyer looks amazing, and it has an audio commentary by Tracey Walter and Olivia d'Abo.

I WISH they'd give us both the US and international cut on Blu. Whilst it was great to get the international cut on DVD, I really still do prefer the original US cut.
