Now that the year is over just curious what was everyone's favorite top releases for 2022? Always like to see what others thought were the best from the previous year. Here is my top ten. A little bit more Japanese focused than usual.

For me, '22 was an incredibly satisfying year because it yielded two huge white whales for me, courtesy of the Olsen brothers (RIP, Bill- and much thanks!). I'd been waiting forty years for these. Also was grateful to see so many titles with initially poor, nigh unwatchable HD releases, finally get remastered. Honestly, it was hard to narrow down to just ten.
