For an arena type of game 1080p should be considered the norm these days. However, after watching it for 10 minutes in the arcades I have to say what a letdown it looks. I am sure Namco will continue to tweak it as they always have done in the early iterations, but damn it don't look anything special at the moment.

Luckily the gameplay is still intact. Lets hope Namco's late admission of making this 360 bound didn't hurt its benchmark on the PS3.

CLAMP is making a costume for Jin in the console version.

I'm confused. Does OP mean that a new Tekken anime or movie is coming out on Blu-ray?

Neither just a PS3/360/PSP game that is coming out soon and arcade version is already out. OP just put this in the wrong section. The only thing Blu-ray about it is the PS3 version that's coming out.

All the good games that were once PS3 exclusive are being put out on the 360, damn it!

My thoughts exactly! Even though i'm not a huge Tekken or Metal Gear Solid fan, they are among the top of what we got! Why do these mean people take them away from us?

Also, weren't older games (e.g. Assassin's Creed) supposed to be for PS3 only?

Back to Tekken, i don't know if i'll get this. I've played #4 i think, but i'm a loyal Mortal Kombat fan. Tekken has the weirdest characters ever, especially that Bear lol.

Even crappy games today cost a lot to develop, so game companies want to sell as many as possible, that means going to multiplatform.

Regarding Tekken, I never get into it. For me there is too much memorization for moves, and there seems to be not much changes (except gx) since Tekken 3.
