Question Tekken 5 special edition for PS2, or Tekken 5: DR for PS3?

Alright, so i can get either the Tekken 5 collector's choice PS2, or the high-res one for PS3. i'm just wondering which one has more value, and which one has the better gameplay experience?

the ps2 version probably has the better value, but the game running in HD is so awesome looking.

Gameplay is better on the PS3 version as well.. I thought it was just Tekken 5 with prettier graphics until I played it. It is more refined as well. Granted you don't get all the older titles included in it just a barebones fighting game but with items to buy and customize your character.

About how many characters does it have? and is it true that it doesn't have that adventure mode that is included in the PS2 version?

Skip both titles and wait for Tekken 6 instead.

But if you are still eager to play Tekken 5 (version 1.2: Dark Resurrection), go play these in a video arcade.

for $20, and the fact that its a downoad, and you never have to switch disc, plus the prettier graphics=sale of ps3 dr version.

Same here.

It's Lili and Asuka Kazama that get the job done

I still suggest that you play in a video arcade version as it has better feel.
