Edit: Also appears to be in HD, not 4K

I'm supposedly a diamond member and I haven't seen any of these recent movies on my rewards list.

I would double check your member status. Use the Xfinity app. It should tell you at the top that you are a Diamond or Platinum member. If you are not, definitely reach out to customer service and get it resolved.

I do all my stuff through the app instead of the website. Maybe that may make a difference too

This promotion of free movies each week should be happening all summer long

Also, the hint suggests that next week's free movie will be Mean Girls.

The app also shows Diamond status but doesn't show me any movies to redeem either. At least I was able to get Peacock for free so that's something.

I know there was a “Summer of Movie is back” banner towards the bottom of the app showing to get the movie of the week. If you have it, try clicking on it and sign in to see if you’re able to see the movie.

Still no dice but I do appreciate your trying to help. I may wait until the next time I'm supposed to have a movie waiting and reach out to support to see if it's something they can fix.

I just watched the Oppenheimer documentary on Peacock and can't recommend it highly enough. If you have it as a reward this is a must watch. Hell, it's worth paying for if you don't already have it. https://www.peacocktv.com/watch/asse...e-998ff24cda57

On phone support with Comcast and they say there are no movies available to claim so I'm not missing anything. The only thing I can redeem they say is $1 movie rentals from Friday though Sunday. They don't see Saving Private Ryan and say I haven't missed any movies to claim because there haven't been any and there aren't any now.

That is very weird. I was able to claim mine once I saw the post announcing what this week’s free movie it.

Try it again today.
