Acoustic Audio in Canada local or shipped - Blu-ray Forum

Hello

I really want to upgrade my sub which really sounds kinda "boomy" I hear so many good things about acoustic audio and my budget is not HUGE. But when I went to the acoustic audio thread and went to the website provided for discounted subs they dont seem to ship to canada.

I live in Vancouver and am willing to travel a bit. Does anyone know someone who ships for a decent price to here or if there is a retail store that stocks them.

my budget is around 200-300 give or take a few bucks and Im looking for a 10" - 12" sub mainly for performance and sound not for how loud it goes.

Unfortunately, AA subwoofers are sold exclusively by The Deep Discount and they don't ship to other countries. 4x12 in Montreal bought it through a friend in U.S. Do you know anyone in Northern Washington State so that the sub that be shipped to them. If not, the following subwoofers are good bargains. Both companies are Canadian:

yeah you talk so highly of AA that I really want to hear one for myself but I suppose I could ship one to my cousin in Seattle. Really anything will be better then my HTIB 8" polk sub right now. Would I hear much difference between the 10" or the 12"? I just dont want it to bottom out and sound muffled. for the price point AA still seems to be a better sub for the prices they are listing them for...am I correct in assuming this?

If you are going to get one, go for the 12". The difference in price is minimal. Have your cousin make an offer on their Ebay store for a 12". You can save an additional $20 to $40.

thats awesome, thanks so much, when I get some time off work to actually travel down there I will hopefully let you know that there is another AA sub owner around here.

we've also had a member here or two, who've shipped them item to someone in the US, then shipped it to canada via the contact person. May bring the cost up a bit, but then again, something to consider. i think it might be a pain to scan thru the numerous postings off the acoustic thread.
