Before Playstation Namco was all about Pacman and Tales but that changed very quick when Sony made them to important third party developers.
But now I'm started to get tired of the same Ace Combat, Time Crisis, Tekken, Ridge Racer, Point Blank, Soul Calibur (Soulblade was awesome though), Tales and Katamari. I thought those three games that ended up to be April Fool's joke (unfortunately) was a great step in the right direction for Namco Bandai. Will Sony's keynote on TGS solve Namco's problem? |

The only existing Namco Bandai game I really, really want a sequel to or remake of is Breakdown.
I'm still a fan of the modern Ridge Racer (PSP onwards) but it needs another freshening up to appeal to a wide audience again. They really mishandled the sequel on PSP, could have been huge. It's time for new IP, not western-developed titles. The same could be said for Konami. |
