I just got the e-newsletter from Ultimate Disney letting me know they posted news of all four versions of Up. Check out the $200 Luxo Jr. Premium Pack deluxe version!

disney always has the BEST Packaging!!! They are very good at releasing movies and never disappoint.

Yes, I noticed that too, and it's also a combo set as well (BD+DVD+DC)...for those that care.

getting Up was a no-brainer....it being packaged with Monsters Inc only sweetens the pot.

Any idea on what kind of deals they will be running on release date?

Just a question... I guess the price at Amazon is high because they JUST got it for pre-order... you know, they don't even show the release date yet... I bet in a few days It'll go down... Right?!?!?

it should go down... maybe even down to 30 dollars... better if it went down to like $25

Keep your eyes on Toys r Us during the release week. They had SMOKIN deals on Bugs Life and Bolt. And I mean SMOKIN.

I'm yet to see Up but based on the reviews (and that the fact that it's Disney/Pixar, obviously) it's a first day purchase for me

UP for me is up there with the best Pixar films.

Shame its not out in UK CINEMAS until October!!! What is this, 1985?!

Yeah, I know... here in Brazil it'll only hit cinemas September 4th... The weird thing is... it's the ONLY time recently Disney has done it, since Christmas Carol, Princess and the Frog and Toy Story 3 are all going to have "same-day" releases with the US... go figure...

So peculiar huh. I just Monsters Inc here in the UK and it has an ad for UP in theatres "Summer 09"
