Ordered the trilogy steelbook (with 20% off ) and will modify the blu rays out. Did the same for The Exorcist steel. Easy.

Some of The Walking Dead steelbooks had 6 discs too.

I think the Game of Thrones set has stacked discs and people complain about disc issues with that set constantly. I think the damage has to happen in shipping though, once it's vertical on the shelf and the discs are "hanging" and not putting weight on each other they should be fine. Envelopes are the ones that can scratch every time you pull them out.

I've been so eager for these to come out in 4K, but the steelbooks feel like a lot for catalog titles. I don't know. I keep going back and forth on it.

I don't understand how anyone involved in making physical media could think that the envelope/cardboard sleeve-type storage is a good idea, its ridiculous. Its so clearly a terrible way to store discs.

That is why I dislike the new Avatar collector edition releases. They not only made it cardboard sleeve-type but you have to pull on the disc to get it out. There is no way to avoid fingerprints when removing the discs.

I am hoping they announce a standard trilogy set. Don't have the room for 3 single steelbooks and never liked stacked discs.

That's been my experience as well. Those cardboard page style disc holders are the most finicky. I quickly put them in plastic sleeves before putting them back into the cardboard pages.

With Gruv if you create a new account - just need a new email - you can use new 20% of code to get 20% off your first order. Amazon is unlikely to accept a price from Gruv for movies.

Thanks. I am not from US so not sure how to order from them. I do have a US freight forwarding address. Do they charge card right away or when they are about to dispatch items and in case I order all three steelbooks, will they be shipped in one package or three packages? Any ideas?

Ocean’s Thirteen is already in 4K on Apple if anyone wants to sample the new transfer. It likely won’t be in 4K for long, since they’ll soon realize that they flipped the switch too early and knock it back down to HD until the discs release in April. So watch while you can

If you have Gmail you can make a second account with the same email but change .Gmail to .Googlemail (and vice-versa); Everything from both accounts you signed up for will go to the same email inbox. I've used this method to make a second account on WowHD.

You can also just add something to your gmail address with a "+"

e.g. firstname.lastname+wowhd@gmail.com

Credit Cards are charged prior to shipping. However, if you did something like PayPal, it would be immediate based on how PayPal works. They'd ship them together as they all get released on the same day. Packaging is decent - generally cardboard style. Doesn't get a lot of complaining from people and I've never had an issue.

Ocean's Trilogy listing is up at B&N! Cheaper than getting them individually too.

Embarrassed to say that I've never seen any of these movies. I'll have to at least watch the trailers on YouTube to see if I like them.

Was she researching them in the Amazon right before she died?

Thanks for the info. I ll try to place an order then. Not sure if they ll accept my local card as some US retailers only accept US credit cards but I ll try. The 20 percent promo offer is very attractive really.
