Hmmmm..... well here's to hoping that it's The Last Samurai that's causing my holdup and not them canceling my order!

That depends on who your credit card issuer is. Chase usually posts charges before say...Citi, Discover, Amex, etc.

Thanks for info, but I won't hold my breath. As long as I get them before Sep17 (wife's B-day; there's some surprise gifts in there for her), I'll be happy.

Of all the 6 titles I ordered, the one holding up my shipment is the one I'd least expect: Constantine. All the others were newer releases.

i still have not gotten charged but there is a pending transacion. i have shawshank and true blood still on backorder so thats most likely why. js wanted to keep everyone posted thats all

How do you guys actually find out the title that is holding up your order ? I mean in my case, the order details page shows that all items are in stock and will be shipped to one address. Thats it. Nothing against each and every title.

However; the sales rep from WBShop replied to the order status enquiry mail saying that 9 of the 13 titles I ordered are on backorder. Is there a way to find the titles that are holding up our order ?

I'd call and provide your order number. A customer service representative should be able to tell you the specific titles that are preventing your order from shipping.

im not sure about others but how i personally know is i search the titles that i ordered through the WB website and under the details it will either say "ships within 5 days" or "ships within a day."

its not a full proof thing but it gives you an idea at least.

Hooray, two WB charges are now on my CC!!! I updated my original post to reflect the post dates (8/22). However, there is a discrepancy between my 1st order confimation email price ($46.44) and what I was actually charged ($45.41). I'm almost afraid to call because it is in my favor, but it could also mean that an item may not have been shipped. If and when they break up orders do they only charge you for what was shipped. It is only $1.03 though so who really knows what is going on, probably not even WB.

No shipping confirmation emails yet.

I also noticed on my shipping confirmation email didn't mention the $10 off from the FANDANGO code but I checked my credit card and it went through for the $10 less.

I just checked and I had an email verifying that my first order shipped. The total in the email did not include the FANDANGO code, but the amount charged to my account was the correct amount. I dont think you need to worry.
