Spider-Man 3/Pirates of the Caribbean 3

Both of these movies performed better then Transformers in the box office this year correct? Pirates of the Carribean brought in almost $1 billion US I heard. If this is true then it crushed Transformers ($700 million US) in box office sales...

I wonder if they'll both sell better in terms of DVD and/or BD sales.
