How many people are gonna buy UT3?

in previous versions there has not been what you would call a traditional campaign/story 1P mode, but the developers are saying UT3 will have a 1P experience like never before. it has been a tier-based tournament where you defeat the other team or the other individual AI to reach the next level. plus, the first two installments had 40+ levels and up to 16 and then 24 AI to play against in 1P mode. the replayability is incredible. i played the original and UT2004 for years and years in 1P mode and still do. this game is going to rock our world and change the gaming experience forever.

Getting this day of release! Big UT fan here. Played all up to 2004. Still play 2004 sometimes. Been eagerly awaiting the latest version.

I loved the original the best. 2004 i have too, but 2003, hands down the worst. I think they knew that though and released 2004 with quickness. How do you take out the sniper rifle? i'll say this though, the new redeamer looks sexy. As does the hoverboard...lached on to the vehicle in front of you poppin off people, the concept alone is awesome...then you see it in gameplay

guess what, this is where halo comes from. every idea of that game, weapon, etc etc, just an off shoot of UT. the new UT3...looks like halo on crack. Graphics, better. Online play...hmmm more then 16 people i do know that much ( not saying thats good or bad, but the choice is always there). 16 people on a huge map...LAME

I actually liked the lightning gun. Made it tougher for p*ssy campers! The smoke doesn't always seem to cut it.
2004 was the best in the series. really a fan of all of them. Nothing could beat onslaught mode. I played that for hours and hours.

UT3 is my most anticipated game of the year. I'm a hobbyist game programmer, and I've been waiting for it to release (with the Unreal Editor 4) since last year. I may drift in here after it releases and snag some beta testers at some point, too.

All I play is first person shooters or just shooters in genaral all my ps2 games are shooters all my ps3 games are shooters ex.4 NHL07 I was a hockey playerbefore my injur when does this UT3 come out

Unreal Tournament has always had a 3rd person view as well. you can toggle between the two if you like. and when you are in any one of the numerous kicka$$ vehicles like the Goliath or Hellbender, it is always a 3rd person view. Headshots in 61 inches of High Defintion??? INCREDIBLE! my stereo might actually blow my windows out when i get this game.
