Default Pioneer BDR-205

wondering if anyone here has the Pioneer bdr-205 writer and if so, what do you think?
I'm in the market for my first Blu-ray writer and this seems to be the leading edge in terms of speed (12x advertised)
thanks

This is in Japanese, but the screenshots speak for themselves.

Default DTS HD Help

Hi,

I have a Onkyo HT-S5100 receiver. I am trying to output the 7.1 DTS-HD audio track on the Dark City Blu-Ray via 4 stereo to RCA cables on my Dell 435MT via the Pioneer BDR 205 and the included Cyberlink PowerDVD software. I understand that my receiver will not decode the DTS-HD track so I need to use these cables and a player that will do the decoding (I don't believe HDMI will work with this receiver, and my computer doesn't seem to recognize the HDMI for audio though it should). I am having trouble with the settings. I set the receiver to multichannel but there is no sound coming out of the back speakers. I'm not sure how to set the computer to PCM. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

I wasn't able to post a new thread.
