IMHO, Speed by far. But keep in mind that they are two very different genres of movies so you'll need to factor in which kind of genre you prefer.

I have Speed on BD and can attest that the PQ and AQ are very good, especially considering the age of the movie.

Speed its actually a good action movie.

Speed is great but Alexander has great PQ and action scenes. Its also over 4 hrs in length so you get your moneys worth.

As others have mentioned, two different genres, out of those two i would choose speed though....on a side note, speed was my first sneak-into "R" rated film back in high school....

Go for the #3..the meatball sub combo. And then skip work the rest of the afternoon and go home to watch Speed.
