Hi, I have been hearing of people using a $50 gift card they got with this movie. Do all copies of this Blu-ray come with a gift card or was it a one time thing?

I got one with mine, that I got from Bestbuy, forgot I had it and by the time I went to use it, it was expired. So most likely if you do find one the card will be no good.
