i am" so glad i held of buying terminator 2. just hope its a fresh new version we
will all be pleased with and perhaps a steel book

eur 109.99 u gotta be kidding that makes pricing in the UK at around £97 it better be the best version and a steel book for that price. also import to the USA at current exchange rates would take it to around 139.dollars

everyone be "honest" with them self here would you pay £55 for a statue with a disc its really over the top considering the world is in the grip of a world wide depression i would have been happy just with a steel book.

the reason because you see the 1st more expensive it's because it's an IMPORT!

the actual set sold from Amazon UK will be priced close to the 55euros mark

Anyone kidding themselves that this will be a new encode, or in any way different from the current UK disc that can be picked up for around £10..... is a total fool

I wonder if that skull head is going to be released in the USA as well? I like the skull head, but more important to me is getting a remaster of the movie (including the extended directors cut via seamless branches) along with DTS Master Audio. My fingers are crossed.

the german one is from a different company, that has already released T2 in HD-DVD (steelbook) and had different better encode. So, yes the german one will be different than the UK one..
