Toshiba bdx2000 can't connect to internet? - Blu-ray Forum

My sister just got the Toshiba bdx2000 blu-ray player for Christmas and she got it all hooked up, however, she is unable to connect it to the internet through the ethernet port.

She has it going directly from her cable modem into the blu-ray player. Her router is an airport express, so there are no ethernet ports to run it through this, so he has it going straight into her modem.

Where is this problem stemming from? Any ideas or suggestions?

I have this same problem, but it is only with one movie (Iron Man). I put it in and it just keeps on saying loading. Once I unplug the ethernet cable it loads the movie fine. All of my other movies connect without any issues....
