Looking for a great site that has news, sports, weather, etc., and that doesn't require a sign-in.

How is it basic when you can add whatever news/widgets you want and make it look however you want?

Yahoo.com has everything. you can even look to see what time movies are playing in your area

I actually like your color/theme a lot better than the one I saw, which looked very dull.

P.S. You might want to delete that picture, which has your e-mail address visible...

In any event, both Yahoo.com and iGoogle require you to sign in in order to get all the fun info. I'm looking for something that doesn't require sign-ins.

Thanks, I actually made it myself.

True, I use gmail anyway so I'm always signed in.

Did you really? NICE work man. Is it publicly available in case I want to use iGoogle? I want to rip it off.

The only reason I don't want a "sign-in" page is because my wife and I share the computer. I have nothing to hide, but I don't want my gmail e-mails THAT accessible to everyone that ever touches my computer.

Ah, we just use separate accounts on our comp, not to hide anything either but I don't want her baby board/cooking bookmarks all over my browser and she doesn't want my bluray/design/offroad stuff all over hers.

Perhaps ABCNews.com will have what you're looking for. They seem a little light on sports, though.

Go with "Yahoo!" You get all the info you needed about current events and sports without the need to sign up.

I use to use Yahoo, but then they started with the new look....every single time you accidentally hover over the tabs on the left, the entire tab page pops up and covers the screen....extremely aggravating.

My wife and I use cnn.com, it's a good news website where you can find just about anything you need whether it's actual news, sports, entertainment, etc.
