Royal Rumble 2010 will also be releasing on Blu-ray March 2.

For some reason Amazon.com doesn't have it listed (only Amazon.ca) but Bestbuy.com and FYE.com have it for preorder. I'm sure it will be releasing in the US.

The Royal Rumble might not be coming out after all, they don't have it listed on wweshop.com like they've done by now for their WrestleMania releases.

The quality of WWE has really gone downhill over the past several years, sad to say. I was a huge WWE fan at one time but find myself rarely watching it aymore. Living in Central Florida where TNA Wrestling is big I watch that more than WWE these days. The last really great Wrestlemania in my view was 18 back in 2002. Hopefully WWE improves their product some day...

Most likely, Edge will be going for one belt, and HHH the other.

Lol, suppose not, I have WM24, but not WM25, not even the Taker - Michaels match was enough to get me to buy it, just an overall mediocre PPV. Still a good chance of Edge headlining with Jericho though, hopefully they learned from their mistakes after last years terrible main event.

I also think that 2002 was WWE's last good year in wrestling. This is what happens when you kill your competition (WCW), you become lazy and don't need to bother putting the effort in to make people watch. Hopefully with TNA moving to monday nights, it will make them write better material. I do watch WWE full time for some of the guys I like, but most of it pretty bad.

Funny how HHH goes for the belt around this time of year? It really does make me angry though. Hopefully him and Sheamus will go halfway through the card, Sheamus is good but not good enough to be closing the show. It'll suck if so. I'm finding it hard to even look forward to this years WM because of this, sad I know .

I'd actually say UFC has become another competitor to WWE. I used to go to the sports bar religiously on Sunday nights to watch WWE pay per views. Over the past several years the crowds for WWE PPV's have died out and many people I know switched from going to WWE PPV on Sunday nights to UFC on Saturday nights. WWE needs to get it's act together fast.

Very true. I guess WWE became more tame and didn't appeal to the older audience and UFC filled that void in a way, even though they was always around.

I haven't seen the event yet, but I'm sure I'll be getting it. I look forward to WrestleMania every year and this one looks like it's going to be a very good show. Edge, who is my favorite wrestler earned a main event spot and will likely face Chris Jericho, who is another favorite of mine, so I'm I am really looking forward to that. Everything else looks solid as well.

Edge vs. Chris Jericho
Bret Hart vs. Mr. McMahon
The Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels II
Triple H vs. Sheamus
John Cena vs. Batista
Randy Orton vs. Cody Rhodes vs. Ted DiBiase
Money in the Bank

That looks pretty stellar to me folks. I'm a huge WWE fan, so I hope they start releasing more of their stuff on Blu-ray. I still need to get WM XXIV and WM XXV. I'll probably wait until XXVI comes out and get them all at the same time along with Royal Rumble 2010. That'll keep me busy for a long day.

I'm surprised no one mentioned the rumored Cena vs. Rock. I recently sold my floor tickets I bought on Nov. 7th (when tix went on sale) for almost triple the price. When the card didn't improve at the beginning of this month, I figured a 6 hour drive (one way) wasn't worth it. And I absolutely hate the fact that it might be Taker and Shawn again. They were great last year, but round 2 is unnecessary. Plus Sheamus? WWE has gone down the craphole ever since Vince introduced the PG-13 rating. Hell, did anyone catch RAW tonight? That Springer bit was embarrassing to even watch. And the Hart injury was just pathetic...especially since the car was already in reverse when Bret was getting in, lol.

That's why I'm kind of glad WM is the only event to get a Blu release (in the US). Though it does suck for events like SS, events I go to that only get a DVD release. At the very least, they should release every WM on Blu. Whether it be in a collector's box or individually. I can imagine waiting until WM 30!

Thought I'd clear up some stuff from your post..
1. Cena vs Rock has only been talked about because Cena would love to do it. WILL NEVER HAPPEN. Rock won't wrestle again. It is going to be Cena vs Batista with Hart in Cena's corner and McMahon in Batista's corner.
2. Michaels vs Undertaker was one of the 5 best Wrestlemania matches that the company has booked in the last 7-8 years or so, and both performers were 44 years old at the time. The fans, as a majority, want to see the match ( I'm one of them, especially if they do 1/2 the stuff they did last year ) so WWE is for once listening the their audience.
3. WWE is PG. It was PG 13 from the start of the Attitude Era until Linda McMahon decided to run for government office and the Beniot murders started getting talked about again.
4. I 100% agree that more PPV should be on Blu. Seems like the Royal Rumble is still a go for this year, and I think this is the year where at least half of their PPV get a blu release.
5. The Hart thing is only so he has an "excuse" not to wrestle at mania. It could of been worse. The stage could of fallen on him like the McMahon angle that one night. lol
6. I am a HUGE WWE fan, always have been, but the Springer Angle is EXACTLY why they should limit the Guest Host role to ex wrestlers, people that have a big role in pop culture that have an idea about wrestling as it is today, or a celebrity that is actually a fan ( Shaq, Seth Green, Freddy Prinze, Carl Edwards, etc. ) Springer is just barely below Jeremy Piven and the 2 Nascar douches as the worst guest host EVER. You know a skit is bad when an actual memeber of creative ( Runjin Singh ) calls it a waste of time on live television. That is saying something.

All good, but PG 13 from the start of the AE? If that's PG 13, we need that PG 13 back, lol.

And I know the Cena vs. Rock thing was pretty much a rumor blown out of proportion, but really, it's probably the only thing most have thought of when WM 26 comes up for discussion...that's how bad the card is shaping up to be. And like I said, HBK and Taker was great, but this is another year...they should change things up a bit.

It was listed on Amazon for preorder, but they pulled it. I'd like to see it, and all future releases on Blu-Ray. Why be one of the only companies releasing on DVD only?
