Default Viewing Distance-32" or 37"?

Quick question, what is the best screen size for sitting a min of 4ft and a max of 6ft? Thanks.

Take the screen size (of a display that you are interested in) and divide it by 5. That will give you the ideal viewing distance (give or take about 6 inches).
