The Usual Suspects and Seven.
I have a love/hate relationship with movies like those. They're great the first time around, but the ending is so monumental that it spoils any replay value for me ever again. Last edited by Packerfan75; 02-26-2010 at 07:25 AM. |

Paranormal Activity did a number on me, I liked it but I actually had some trouble falling asleep for a couple days after and therefore I don't think I can watch it again, I like my sleep too much. I know a lot of people didn't find it all that scary, but certain scenes in that movie are EXACTLY the kind of things that freak me out.

Requiem for a Dream - very well done, just can't get the courage to put it in the player again

I thougth Million Dollar Baby was good, but it's too depressing to ever watch again. I also don't ever need to see Gran Torino or Forrest Gump again.
Some movies rely on a twist and therefore have little or no replay value. Examples are The Sixth Sense, The Others, and pretty much anything M. Night Shyamalan. For me personally, I usually don't care to rewatch war movies like Saving Private Ryan. |

I can watch action movies more than once, but the majority of drama type movies I can't watch again (maybe 1 or 2 years later I will put the disc in).

![]() For me it's usualy war movies that have that effect on me, specialy very powerful ones. Like for example, Saving Private Ryan, excellent movie but it's a little too intense for repeat viewing IMO. Band Of Brothers is also another example, amazing series but I am not sure I would want to watch it again, it's just a little too much for me. ![]() |
