Default I want to make my upstairs neighbors teeth vibrate

this guy is pissing me off. I'm ready to fight fire with fire until we both immolate each other. Somebody recommend a sub that would accomplish my goal of destroying his walls and making his appliances fall off the counter. Something in the 250-$400 range would be preferable, if that doesn't work, then go higher in price if need be.

Have you tried talking to him? I know talking to people may seem foreign to some but it's worth a shot

Of course sonic warfare could be fun too

what about the neighbors that live next to you? you should find a way to attach the sub to the ceiling, directed up, figure out their sleeping habits, and interrupt right in the middle .

Where do you live? Maybe it's someone on the forum. That would be awesome.

Why would you want to make some one mad?? Won't that make things worse?
Befriend him!

Here's an option.

http://www.av123.com//index.php?page...hk=1&Itemid=37

Is it just the bass from his sub that's bothering your, or his whole system altogether. If it's just his sub maybe you could suggest he build a riser or buy an isolation pad for it, like a Subdude or GRAMMA.

Thanks. I can speak firsthand to how this monster can shake your house. Mine is set at like -5 in my receiver and the gain knob on the back is turned up about 20% of the way and it's still calibrated with all the rest of my speakers at 75 dB.

Go with Steve suggestion, I think they have the black one for 399. Believe him, that thing can shake the whole complex.

A guy that retired from our office bought two 25" "Voice of the Theater" drivers, mounted 50 lb magnets to them and installed them in his walls. Combining those with the cannon blasts at the end of the Telarc "1812 Overture" (authentic 6 Hz information) would do the trick.

Of course, the problem is finding the drivers (or equilization) in the rest of the audio spectrum to balance them! But as for bass - no problem!

thanks for the advice. I may go with this one.

To be honest, the scrawny little bastard doesn't respect me. I could snap his neck like a twig, but even when I bang on the ceiling to let him know that his shit is too loud, he stomps on the floor right back in defiance, as if to say "screw you, I'm not turning anything down". The worst part is, he's a renter. I OWN my condo. There's no way I'm letting a renter make my life hell. And I'm not gonna go to the association. I'm just going to give him what he gives me tenfold. He's left me with no recourse but to destroy his home.

If you have a saw, some clamps and a router, you should really consider this option:

http://www.titantalk.com/forums/off-...subwoofer.html

Tons of people have built them. If there was a sub that could blow the dress off a woman, it's this one. For output it's hard to compete with, and in the price range it blows everything else away.
