will def buy this ... I was practically forced to see this in theaters but Amy Adams always wins me over. The movie is straight up as it comes romcom with a little more heart, predictable but funny.

thanks for posting1!

Glad to see that I'm not the only one in love with Amy Adams. I even imported Junebug because I love everything that she does and I'm kind of pissed Miss Pettigrew Lives For A Day didn't get a BD release.

Still, other good reasons to buy for me is that I was hoping at least 1 of 3 of these (When In Rome-Kristen Bell, Dear John-Amanda Seyfried, and Leap Year-Amy Adams) would be good.

None of them seem to be good, so Amy breaks the the tie and I'll only rent the other two.

Very disappointed that new release prices remain very high while offering very little in the way of special features. This title appears no different.

Not even Kristen Bell can save this train wreak. I do like Amanda Seyfried-Sucks she had to be in Jennifer's Body. At least she still has Big Love to fall back on.

Jennifer's Body wasn't that bad and Amanda made her last appearance on Big Love on Sunday. Although they left the door for her to return. Maybe when the show ends.

It's a great show that she shouldn't throw away. It definitely helped Bill Paxton's career. Probably the only good show left on HBO.

i agree, Jennifer's Body, while it was crap, wasn't that bad. on a scale of 1-10 set aside for "crap" movies, which is seperate from the good movie scale, it was a decent 7 or 8. Letters To Juliet seems to be a better Amanda Seyfried than Dear John. that was a stupid movie. i'd sooner watch Jennifer's Body than watch DJ again

Leap Year was a solid effort, but I don't see myself buying until it's around $10. It reminded me of a more adult demographic version of Mandy Moore's Chasing Liberty movie, even though there was no sex and CL, which was a teen movie, pretty much bluntly suggested they had done so. funny enough, they even have the same leading man.. but it was an ok film, but not worth $20+

I agree! She's just so sweet and pretty. I have never even heard of this movie but I'm getting it for sure.

I'd probably go with a 6.5 for JB, but that's hardly the epic piece of junk that reviews make it out to be. There's very little room in the middle these days. You know, it's like people are embarrassed to admit that Armageddon is a damned good popcorn flick, because it's not a great script or Bay makes a lot of other crap.

I know people who buy anything with Stallone in it. Which is fine by me, if you like him, that's great. Well, right now Amy Adams is my favorite actress. Yes, this will be a $20 blind buy and only $20 because of the facebook coupon. I also know the reviews have been pretty bad. But it's a 6.0 at imdb, which isn't SO bad and people still seem to say Amy elevates it as much as possible. Right now, that's enough for me, because I want anything she stars in to be in my collection. I'm passing on Dear John and When In Rome, which probably have other people who might say the same thing, but buy it for Bell or Seyfried. I like both a lot. Amy Adams is just the best imo right now, so it's going to make me like the movie probably more than the average movie-goer anyway.

I see she's making Enchanted 2 and I really hope that they don't screw that one up.

I'll buy just about anything with Denzel Washington or Steve Martin in it.

I'm surprised Amy Adams is your favorite given your name and avatar on here.

If you want to own as many movies from a particular actress because she is your favorite, then there's nothing wrong with that. I wouldn't buy everything from an actress even if she was my favorite, but I still don't see anything wrong with doing so. I own some movies in my collection because I was interested in the movie because of a particular actress, so while it's not exactly the same, it's still the same idea.

It's more about the show than just Kristen (Lilly was hotter). I added the KB avatar only because it went with the name. I'm still sad they've said there won't be a VM movie.

Since I've gone to Blu, I'm sure I've watched "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" more than anything else. It's just one of the movies that never gets old for me. And Kristen has a lot to do with that.

But Kristen just doesn't seem to be making particularly good movies and I'm not sure she's got the talent of Seyfried and certainly not Adams. I'm kind of lucky that Amy doesn't make, or at least hasn't, 5 or more movies a year like some of the other actors at her level, so my BD collection hasn't really been negatively impacted by my compulsive need to own anything she stars in. I was not a happy camper that "Miss Pettigrew Lives For A Day" never got a BD release.

I do plan to buy "Chloe" for both Julianne and Amanda. Thankfully, this one looks like it might even be a good movie.

I wasn't actually serious in saying that Kristen Bell had to be your favorite actress. I was just naturally under the assumption, that's all.

I agree that Forgetting Sarah Marshall is a highly entertaining movie. I just recently bought it when it was put on sale and also used the Universal $5 Facebook coupon and don't regret the purchase one bit.

I also agree that Kristen doesn't seem to make that many good movies. While I'm against people's opinion on Couples Retreat and actually enjoyed that, she hasn't made much I've wanted to see. Couples Retreat, Forgetting Sarah Marshall (just recently), and When in Rome are the only ones I've wanted to see. I still think she has the potential for a good future though. We'll see.
