PS3 Screensaver typething - Blu-ray Forum

HI'S

I was wondering if there was a way to basically turn off the icons on the ps3 so that the dynamic theme(or whatever you have back there) is the only thing that shows up?

I think that would be a good thing for a screensaver (well if it's dynamic enough anyways).

I don't think there's a way to turn off the icons on the xmb menu thing. At least not yet anyway.

You cant turn them off, but you could create a new set of icons that are just single pixel size or so, which would do much the same thing (or at least be as close to a blank screen as you could get).

At least if it would go directly to your friends list, I wouldn't see that:

I think you can setup folding@home/playstation life to function as a screensaver and it looks pretty cool.

it would also be cool if you could randomize the themes so when it starts up or after a game/movie it went to a new one. Since you gotta pay for dynamic themes and all.
