Default Certain scenes look terrible on some movies

I was wondering why some scenes look fuzzy on some bluray movies? Almost looks like noise from an antenna broadcast. Looks way worse then movies in 480i and even cable tv.

It's really bad on low light shots but not all, almost seems like the camera they're using for a certain shot..... Movies are Trailerpark Boys Countdown to Liquor Day, Iron Maiden Flight 666

Read the review of Trailerpark Boys on this site and you may have a bit of an explination on that title.
Just remember just because it's on blu-ray is no guarantee of awesome picture quality. A lot depends on how it was filmed, when it was filmed, director's intention, qualirty of master, and how well the transfer was done.
Examples: I think Avatar is the best blu ever PQ. Now take The Godfather: It's from the 70's, and was shot very dark in many scenes. They did not take out the grain as the intention of blu to replicate, as close as possible, what the film would have looked like on opening day.
