Thanks for the link. But... is there a Macintosh version of this?
(I doubt it but I don't have graphic editing software on my PC)

Sadly there isn't a Mac version. I wish there was because I have a Mac at home as well. I do the themes at work :shhh:

But you could still edit the .png and .xml files on the Mac. But you do need a windows machine or a windows emulator for the Mac. Or I could even compile it for you if you wish.

I found this site that has a lot of the PS3 themes that have been created thus far. Some of the links go to file hosting sites which sometimes blow. But I found a good 7 or 8 themes I might end up using and/or tweaking.

(for those who prefer to cut and paste and see what they're clicking on...)

I keep trying to get these themes, but it wont let me install them, i download it to a USB device, under a folder named (PS3) then under "THEMES" and i can download it without any problem, but when i insert it into my PS3, and try to install it, it says " no themes to install" or something like that...
Help

Hold on, i found out how, you have to name the folder " THEME" not "THEMES"
Lol silly me

anyway its working now.

anyways... umm... is there anyway I can get it onto my PS3 without having to use a memory stick? or can I use my PSP?

I downloaded a bunch of themes from the allps3themes.com site last night and was checking them out on the PS3 and noticed that some of the backgrounds don't load for some reason. The God of War, Vader, and GHIII themes wouldn't load the backgrounds. The other 4 or so that I got though worked fine.

Also... is there a way to tweak an existing theme file (p3t file, I think

)? I've found a couple of themes I like mostly, but would tweak a thing or two. Also like to rename and add samples to some of the ones I got since the original creators didn't bother with those details.

I've played around a little and found a theme I'm really liking....
it's the NFL~ all the icons are represented well with various themes for football, and the background can be changed out easily to any of the teams.

It's still a work in progress, but it's been utilized into my PS3 and works really nicely. There's still more icons to tool with, some that'll get some minor fixes, and I plan on a bit more detail for the background while still having a somewhat easy way of changing teams and team colors.

And yeah, I'm a Browns fan.
