This is definitely my second most anticipated summer movie at the moment right after...well, Indiana Jones of course.

Got to say I've got a ton of faith in Nolan, and Ledger...the guy is an excellent actor and that pic looks great.

I'm not much of a Batman fan but if there's vast improvement from the previous sequels I'll check it out. I'm also interested in watching the new Indiana Jones movie as well but only on bluray; same thing goes for Batman

I wonder if this one is going to be mainly focused on The Joker. I would like to see the new work on the makeup and all that good stuff

Im not worried as much on the makeup front as I am the background story. I am a huge fan of the Killing Joke origin of the Joker and would love to see that kind of dark side brought out on film. Easily one of the best graphic novels I have ever read with Joker.

Having seen the new Batsuit, I am worried that Nolan is going Hollywood on us and Im getting scared that we are going to go to Schumacher-Land if he's not careful.

Not to work Batfans, Christopher Nolan hasn't made a bad movie yet. Batman Begins is the ultimate superhero movie. Nothing over the top and very realistic. Dark Knight will rock...

Not a chance. He might be under pressure from WB to make things more "Hollywood-ish," but I suspect they brought back Nolan for a reason -- Batman Begins was kick ass and was extremely successful. Even the most numbskulled Hollywood producer or executive knows not to tamper with the formula for success.

Besides, The Prestige was the perfect post-Batman Begins movie to show he was still true to his style. I don't remember if he is writing The Dark Knight, but if he is involved with the script, I have full faith it would be nothing short of amazing.

He looks dark/evil, compared to the comic. He may be able to pull off the look. However, I think he is too much of a stiff to pull off the attitude. It's like Matt Damon doing comedy. Maybe the entire movie is darker?

I'm looking forward to seeing the city and how they change it. They were filming this in Chicago all summer long. Chicago looked great in the first one too!

I watched them filming a lot of the daytime stuff in Chicago right outside my office window this past summer. We're in for a real treat next summer...

Honestly, Batman Begins wasn't all that impressive to me. But, with Heath Ledger headlining in this addition to the franchise, it could turn the tide for me. His performance will make or break it for me. I must say that I like what I see so far from the character design.
