Playing a Region A disc on a Region B PS3 - Blu-ray Forum

hey guys,
I recently imported the two 28 weeks/days movies from amazon, only to discover they are Region A. Is there a way I can play them on my Region B PS3 or am I stuffed?

But time will come, and there will be definitely some codefree Blu-ray Player for $20 available....

There are some strange discs that are labelled A but do work in region B but it's buyer be ware. You MUST do your homework before buying anything except Warner (their subsidiary companies may regionalise) and any Paramount that may be still kicking around.

Get a 40GB PS3 from US/Asia. It won't solve your budget problems though 'cuz then you'd be buying a heck of a lot more discs!
