Default Something change with the formating of the site?

Seems that now the site display page will not fit into the "active window" of the "firefox" browser. Has something changed with the site formating ??

Hmm.. how do you mean? We've changed a few things today, but mostly the forum layout so it's integrated with the site. It looks fine in my Firefox 1.5.0.9. Can you post a screenshot? What version are you running?

I now get a "scroll bar" at the bottom of the page. Running 1.5.0.9 on mac. I also have another "tab" that has been open with the site and not refreshed for a day or so and the page fits fine in the active window (I keep a bookmarks side window open on the left... bad habits from the Explorer days )

Try opening up a bookmarks side window and see what happens...

I just tested between the two different windows I have open and the old window adjusts to fit the active window if I drag the bookmarks verticle side bar. On the "new" window it just causes more or less of the active window to be seen, still with a slider at the bottom.

It sounds like what you're describing is related to the width of the forum now being fixed at 984 pixels (to fit in 1024x768). Before it was fluid and would size up/down to fit in smaller sizes. You can try changing the forum layout to "Classic" and see the difference. What screen resolution do you use?

Looks great in Firefox 2.0.0.1

Sounds like its time to upgrade your browsers.

Classic works fine... I use 1024x768 but with a "bookmarks" sidebar open... Please just don't delete the "Classic" skin..

This looks like a difference in page source. On the new an improved page it is styleid 7

classic is styleid 2

/* vBulletin 3 CSS For Style 'Blu-ray Style' (styleid: 2) */

I love the Classic with its RGB 91 91 91 light grey background that doesn't burn my eyes, just near what an immaculate t-shirt or cloud should be on a video too. Fluidity is good too. 800 x 1280

Ahh.. you're right ! Very light blue vs very light grey. I didn't even notice the change in background color, only the formating change..
