Default Panasonic to bundle BR players with plasmas starting next week.

This sounds like it will be going on at BB and CC indefinatly. Should be good to close HD DVD out of the market for anyone who buys a new plasma. If Sony, Sharp, and Samsung did the same with their LCDs it would be nice. I know sony and samsung have done this for limited sales in the past. IIRC those 5 BDA members control about 65% of the flat panel television market.

Smokin'.

I wish they had been doing that when I bought my panel and BD player last August.

Forbes magazine has said the the BDA camp had plan this months in advance. I actually posted this in October so if I knew they knew.

It's not a desperate act it's a well planned out stragedy!
