where is sopranos 1to 5?

Only season 6 so far.... I'm kinda glad in a way because I already own all the box sets on DVD and spent a LOT of money to get them.....

The sales numbers for Season 6 haven't been very good (on either BD or HD DVD)... so I doubt there will be any kind of rush to bring the other seasons.

Perhaps if they didn't charge $130 for half a season?

The price HBO charges for the sopranos seasons is absolutely rediculous... if I didn't love the sopranos as much as I do, I would NEVER have paid the price for the DVDs.

I'm sure it's high just to handle the fees for all of the music in those shows. If they had to substitute anything, hardly any of us would've bought it. Imagine if they switched off "Don't Stop Believing" for something else...

Take a look at amazon for the WKRP in Cincinnati regular DVD set. The amount of people who posted canceling their orders due to this were so high, it looked like Fox execs were posting their own positive reviews to counter the negatives. And that was all due to copyright issues and a refusal to pay those fees.

I'll pay the higher cost to keep everything intact.
