We've already got the first two Terminator films.

True Lies would be great. I never did get it on DVD; I still have my old LD copy that I would love to upgrade to Blu.

I sold my DVD copy. This is a movie that desperately needs the High Def treatment. The DVD was non-anamorphic crappy. Can't wait for this one.

I still have this movie on VHS. I would think about buying it.

Speaking of Cameron I would love to see "Aliens" on blu. I remember seeing a while back that 2008 was a rumor date, but I'm not sure what's up with it.

How did True Lies do on theatrical release, DVD and Laser success over all. Seems almost like an underground or cult classic film. One of the greatest comedy/action films ever made, but it seems to have this almost unknown to the general public quality to it. When released on Blu, True Lies will be in my top 10 releases for the year. Any year no matter what else has been released. (I know Cameron is doing what he enjoys now with NASA, but would love to see him come back to the creative medium that put him on the map. The next Terminator sequel would be awesome.)

over $146MM domestically, which is a huge hit considering it was released back in '94.

A True Lies special edition ran smack into September 11th, and never really made it back on the sched. I expect to see it in 2009 with a ton of other James Cameron movies

Funny, I was just thinking about this too the other day. True Lies is one of my favorites, one I would gladly double dip on.

I'd love to see The Abyss. Great story, wonderful acting and fantastic directing. But Aliens would be nice too.

The moment Fox resumed it's Blu-ray activities I sold my THX certified copy of True Lies on SD DVD for $6 to my friend hoping that they will release it soon on BD.

This would be a must own for me...I have bought the DVD twice. The first was so scratched it wouldn't play anymore. I just hope they put more effort into the extras. The DVD menu showed such promise, but all you got was a trailer in the extras.

I love True Lies..one of Arnolds better films, and one of the first films that "Tom Arnold" displayed actual acting ability.

Back when I had a crush on Tia Carrera Is there a logical explanation why we've only been given one dvd release for this movie and that happened to be like 10 years ago?

Beat me to it.

That and the premiere of 24 being delayed (and having a plane explosion edited out of it) are the two entertainment-related stories I gave a crap about back then.

Also, the impending theatrical release of Monsters Inc...or as I remember it, the movie that helped America laugh again.

Can't wait for FOX to give True Lies the B-job.
