Default Petition Paramount

Mods and fellow Blu supporters, let's get together and send Paramount an official petition to go Blu...

It's time...

Does anyone know or have a suggestion on how to accomplish this?

Ditto. I am done with petition. Lets let market forces help Paramount make the right decision... it won't be long.

Default Sooner is better than later

We need to show them that even if they breached the contract, $150 million is small compared to what they will make off of BRays...

It will be funny if Universal jumps ship leaving Paramount left to be the lone HD-DVD supporter... I hope they have an out clause in their contract cause I still want Transformers (with lossless audio though)!

Waste of time. No petition is necessary. They should be the ones petitioning us to embrace them with open arms when the time comes.

They are under contract. Petition is useless.
You would be better off funding a Hollywood enterainment attorney.

Paramount made a bad move... they made their bed, now they have to sleep in it... for another whole year... it's gonna be worse for them if Uni starts selling Blu... silly contract...

I would never petition for Paramount. It's going to be hilarious when they're left alone when Universal goes Blu.

Paramount abandoned me as a consumer. They should petition me to buy their product again.

Not the way they left, which was totally without class. WB has taken the correct approach and given red a 5 month notice of their intentions. Paramount just up and left and pulled their product to boot to make their cash grab. They had no remorse in their leaving, they were only concerned about themselves.

Nope, I'm not going to open my wallet to them anytime soon.

Default Contract?

How can they? They're in an 18 month contract.
