Default Buy DMC4 now at Sears.com?

Well, it says it's in stock...

http://www.sears.com/shc/s/search_10...&gobutton=find

The game is less than a month away, and I've heard some reviewers in Japan have received copies of the game, so I assume it's gone gold by now. The question is whether Sears actually did receive stock and accidentally put it up for sale, or whether it's just a website error.

Did you order it? Says 3 to 4 days for shipping... I wonder if they even have it...

I'm betting they don't have it.

Most games arrive at retailers no more than a few days before street date.

I didn't order it, primarily because I've never beaten 1-3. A couple of guys on VGChartz ordered though:

They had Guitar Hero 3 posted like this as well and I got it a day or 2 after it was released. I wouldn't believe them.

Guitar Hero 3 was a hard street-dated title. It was not allowed to be sold until it's actual release date. DMC4 is a soft street-dated title, meaning retailers can put it out for sale the moment they receive it. Looks like Sears simply received their shipment before other retailers.

Don't do it. Sears.com is retarded. You will not get Devil May Cry until after it's already available to everyone else. Learn from our mistakes. Or make your own. What do I care really?
