Default Did anyone happen to pick up Hanna on Blu-ray yesterday?

I live in Canada and every store that sold it including walmart, bestbuy, futureshop, and hmv only had the steel-book cover which as a collector I am not a big fan of.

I'm a little mad because I was really looking forward to watch it yesterday or today. So for Canadians or even Americans did you see just a normal case version of the movie on blu-ray and where did you get it from?

Live in the U.S. They are all normal editons. (plastic case) I am starting to think steel book is the new normal type.

I'm thinking about giving this movie a chance, I've heard nothing but good so far.

Blind bought yesterday at Best Buy. Pretty good movie, I enjoyed it a lot. Also, your subs will get some workout.

Just out of curiosity: Why not rent it for the mean time and then purchase it later on? If you do want to purchase it, Amazon.com has it for $19.99 USD right now. I would recommend that if you do take the route of importing it from the US, that you order something else along with it to offset the S&H.

By the way, the front-cover artwork of the Canadian SteelBook is almost identical to the standard US Amaray release.

P.S. feel free to provide pictures of both and correct me if I am wrong.

I preordered the UK steelbook thinking I might get the movie a little early (it was released a week earlier in the UK). Still waiting for my copy to arrive when I could have picked it up yesterday.

Blind buy yesterday at Target. I found the film to be surprisingly good. I must add, much to director Joe Wright's disappointment, I watched the film with D-Box. The D-Box coding was fantastic if you've never experienced MFX before, but if you're an old-hand with the tech, I would say that the coding supported the film "in the usual way."

See from 8:55 onwards...
