Man, they need to release Hercules, too. Hopefully next year, since it is the 15th anniversary, just like it is the 20th anniversary for Aladdin. I want them both next year.

Thank you for that, I haven't been paying too close attention to Disney. I used to work for Blockbuster back when DVD took over VHS and eventually Blu Ray and just how they discontinued movies all the time, I just couldn't keep up.

Fun note with Pocahontas, though. I've always loved the movie but my mom hated it. She said that because they didn't have fingernails she couldn't appreciate the movie. To this day, that cracks me up

Any word if it will be packaged with its sequel - like they did with Fox and the Hound?

I just want to see all the Disney DACs on blu, and the Walt Disney Treasures.

I would rather they not do that. 2 movies in one blu-ray disc!

Day One, for sure. Disney should release more of titles every year. Or rather, quality ones like this, instead of Bambi II, they should do Emperor's New Groove or non-sequels.

2 fairly short movies: they are a combined 153 minutes.

FatH + FatH2 are a combined 152 min.

I hope not. I don't know if it would compromise quality, it's just that the sequel was BAD... it made Pocahontas into a complete slut.
Many years later I found out who Bella Swan reminded me off..

I'll get it, but there are many other Disney animated classics I'd rather have on Blu first.

I second that, but if they must include the sequel, at least make it a bonus feature and don't plaster it all over the cover.

They really do tease up don't they! I love Sword in the Stone as well, been a long long time since I've seen it. Wasn't crazy about Pocahontas but just quickly watching some of the songs off youtube it melted my heart due to the issues it raises.
