You could always report it to ebay. Has happened to me before with someone using a pic I posted in a forum. Notified ebay and they took down the auction within minutes. Another thing I've learned from my years of selling on ebay is to always put your id name somewhere in the auction picture. You probably could do that here as well with photoshop if you use it.

Just a thought...

Oh yea, I opted to just go with the "JP" gift set on this one. Wasn't to thrilled with the Best Buy steelbook. Just to blah for my tastes.

Someone used my Toy Story 3 picture of the Iron Pack from this site. It was the first picture posted of it. It seems if you get a picture or get a copy early of a title and post a picture it's going to get ripped. And Hell Yes it's someone from this site, there's eBay sellers all over the place in here.My picture is still being used on eBay, it's being passed around like a free prostitute.

Just water mark the pic with you name and the forum next time. That is what a lot of people do with their pics.
