The Punisher - Blu-ray Forum

I just ordered The Punisher, Bikini Destination and Casino Royale from Amazon and was wondering how good the picture quality is on The Punisher. It is one of my favorite films; I own both DVD versions of the movie. I'm really hoping it is great quality. I know some of the first BDs don't have that great of video quality.

Check the review at HighDef Digest. Bracke who hates Blu-ray gave it 4.5 stars for pq, I have it also and can say it looks great, recommended buy.

I thoroughly enjoyed it. One or two scenes had a lot of grain, like when they're walking along the beach early on, but it looked like that was true to the master to me.

Most of the time the picture is beautiful.

I was fairly dissapointed with the BD in itself. Just seemed like a port straight from the SD. Also, Lionsgate is coming out with a new extended SD version with what looks like excellent features. However, I found this out after I watched my copy. Oh well
