Is there any BD with HDMI-CEC ??? - Blu-ray Forum

Nowadays is possible to buy a blue ray with CEC (or HDMI 1.3)
and is there any of them with CEC and 1080/24p output.

I believe the Pioneer player supports it now. We've added the CEC stuff to our new chips as a standard feature so many future players will also likely support it.

The upcoming Sony BDP-S300 I beleve have it all.

The Pioneer does not have HDMI 1.3.

I believe the PS3 supports it, isn't that how you the get the 7.1 across the HDMI?

The PS3 has the hardware for CEC but its not enabled now. CEC is when you send controlersignals over the HDMI cable. So you only need one remote to control all your A/V gear.
