Default How to capture Blu in PC?

I play blu by powerdvd, the "Capture Frame" feature is not supported during the HD DVD and Blu-ray Disc playback.

How can I capture it?

Or try fraps. I've used it to capture HDTV shots so maybe it'll work with blu-ray or HD DVD.

I agree with iNCREDiPiNOY that the easiest & best way is to use the print screen button on your keyboard and then paste it into MS Paint or Photoshop if you have that.

I remember when HTPC was broken, they had to capture 1 million frames per second and demux the audio separately, lol! That was a good ol' day!

I am also looking for a way to do this. Why is it disabled in PowerDVD?

Not sure if it'll work or not but try fraps. The print screen key didn't work for me when trying to capture HDTV (just got a black window) but fraps did. Fraps is mostly for taking screencaps in games but it seems to work pretty well with other things also.

www.fraps.com

Edit: Might want to ask some of the reviewers also. Some reviews provide screencaps so maybe they'll tell you what they're using.

Most DVD and movie playback software disables screen shots on both macs and pcs... so you can't steal the images. copyright stuff.
I think its dumb but there are so many work-arounds, just find something online for free that will let you take screen captures for free.

that's what we're asking. we're asking if these exist. apparently they don't and apparently Microsoft is to blame. You cannot even disable hardware acceleration, or turning off directx to override overlay mode. Its all disabled. Someone needs to crack HDCP. All you people who are saying hit print screen and use fraps don't know what they're talking about. IT DOESN"T WORK. Stop giving people advice if you haven't even used it yourself.
