Default WinDVD BD screen capture?

Hey, I want to take screen captures from a blu-ray I'm watching, but that bookmark/capture function is all grayed out. Any suggestions??

Anyone have an answer? Snipping tool just gets a black screen, and WinDVD's bookmark is grayed out for me too.

You need AnyDVD HD.

USA ...are you sure?

"AnyDVD HD"...Really!

I didn't think any software could screen capture Blu-ray...I mean, after all what good is the HDCP standard if it can be circumvented, I thought that HD content wouldn't even play without every componet in the "chain" being HDCP compliant. At best you can hit pause then take a picture with your digital camera.

I hate to say it, but prove it!

Is there a reason why the Bookmark/capture button is grayed out?

How do you want me to prove it? Pick a movie from my collection and I will take some screencaps.

TMT3 can do it if AnyDVD HD is running.

because you have to have AnyDVD HD running in the background... That is how I take screencaps. With TMT3 and AnyDVD HD.

Media Player Classic - Home Cinema should also do the trick.
