Question

So is this a separate disc or what? vv

I might be forced to get Best Buy's exclusive Steelbook if it is the only way I can see that documentary.

Why no multiple choices allowed?

I bought three versions:

I voted "other", even though I have the Best Buy Steelbook on pre-order, because I splurged & ordered the Japanese trilogy set as well. The extra trinkets pushed me over the edge.

I really shouldn't have spent the extra, but I figure I'll be able to hold onto whichever one I prefer, and sell the other down the road.

Trying to decide if I should get the "Dark Knight Trilogy" box set and sell my regular copies of Batman Begins and The Dark Knight or just buy The Dark Knight Rises.

TDKR is $24.95 and the Trilogy is $29.95. Plus, it's always bugged me with how to sort them on the shelves. They are technically sequels but at the same time, have individual titles so I separate them. At least this way I can file it under 'D'.

Any suggestions? Am I missing anything or gaining anything by getting the Trilogy?

Had the Bat Cowl preordered for a while, but decided I really didn't need it. Just a bunch of extra plastic. Regular version for me.

I don't double dip so even though I like the trilogy I'm going with the regular 2-disc set. I already have the Batman Begins Steelbook and The Dark Knight with a slip.

Kind of I guess, but to be fair I was just answering the topic creator's question.

Debating between the regular version, Target's digibook, and the trilogy.

I considered the BB Steelbook, but $6 for the packaging and a measly 38-minute documentary hardly seems worth it.

If Target's digibook is competitively priced and looks good, I may go for it.

I could always trade in BB and TDK and get the trilogy too.

Decisions, decisions!

Oh, I wasn't being sarcastic.

If I liked the movie as much you presumably do, I would be doing the same thing.

Presumably you need the basic copy for your basic collection, the steelbook for the steelbook shelf, and the box set for the box set shelf.
