How long is it?
Playable in single person?
How's On-line?
Levels well done?
Frustrating or a blast to play?
Graphics compared to...

i guess i want to know if its addicting like gears of war, and if its short.

if its short, then i will wait for price drop

Yeah, I don't mind short TOO much as long as it rocks. I didn't like MOH Airbourne at all untill I started re-playing it and finding different ways of going through the levels.

the aiming is a little sluggish on it is about my only complaint so-far the videos inbetwwen missions are almost movie like very realistic (if u have an hdtv i would expect, who knows what they look like sd) and i love that fact that there not affraid to say its about al-kida or whatever they call themselves and it doen't hide the fact that all outsourcing the army to private firms like blackwater does is make them money hungry... thats all so far

the game even has hints about the blackwater ambush in kahbul "you hear about that ambush in kahbul"

So I picked up the game today from Best Buy and in about 10 minutes of gameplay, the whole PS3 crashed on me. Had to unplug the ps3 to get it back up. So just letting you know the crappy EA programming we all know and love for the ps3 applies to this game.

Can you still press the PS button and quit the game? Unreal did that to me.. had to do with being online and my router.

Nope. I tried. The PS button didn't load. And it wouldn't reset. It was during the very first back to back shooting part, during the whole slow motion shooting. Haven't tried playing since, hopefully it's a one time only incident.

It is a fun game..it gets better the farther you get into it. Played for about 3 hours. My headset and my friend I was playing with.. kept cutting out a lot. No other game does this.. not sure if it is just bad servers or what.

what ps3 do you have? i have warhawk and it freezes on me once in a while online, but not sure why that is, but i read its not uncommon

the way i hear it, from a friend of mine, is that the game is not that bad, graphics are nice, gameplay as well, but the game is just too short and AI is retarded, so i guess the game does worth a rent but not buying.
I'll take the game from him and try it myself for a final judgement lol

I have the original 60 GB PS3 since launch. Hasn't given any problems at all on any other games. I did turn OFF the EA online option and played for a few hours with no problems at all. That could've been the culprit. Could've just been a rare bug in the game.

Based upon what I read and saw about this game,
decided on just giving it a rental.

Gamefly just shipped mine so I'm looking forward on playing it.
Plenty of other games/movies coming out in the near future to burn a hole in my wallet.

Beat it ....... its very short if you though call of duty 4 was short this is like maybe half of that.... hopefully the online play is worth it for buying it or im ****ed
